A call first, a quote after.
Fifteen minutes of conversation saves a week of going in the wrong direction. Fill the form below, or email us directly — either works.
The 15 minutes, roughly
No small talk, no pitching. The point is to understand your needs well enough to decide: can we help, should we help, and how should we quote?
- 00–03 min
What your business does
What you sell, who your customers are, what your current digital footprint looks like (Instagram, Facebook, LINE OA, existing site).
- 03–08 min
Where you're stuck
Is it traffic? Conversion? Too much repetitive manual work? A dated-looking brand? We find the real pain point before discussing solutions.
- 08–13 min
How we'd approach it
Which technology, how long, what's essential vs. nice-to-have. We'll flag the parts you could DIY for free — no need to pay us for those.
- 13–15 min
Next steps
If it's a fit, a full proposal lands in your inbox within 3 days. If it's not, we'll point you to a better option for your situation.
Think about these three — the call gets 2× more valuable
Not required — but thinking about them beforehand makes the 15 minutes much denser.
What do I want this project to solve?
Is it "100 online customers in six months" or "save support 2 hours a day"? The more specific, the better. Don't think about solutions — think about outcomes.
What range is my budget in?
No need for an exact figure — a bracket is fine. "Under $2k", "$2k–10k", "$10k–25k", "$25k+". A rough number lets us shortlist fast.
Any reference sites I like?
Any brand, any industry. "I want it as clean as Stripe's site" beats "high-end" by a hundred times.
Why is the first 15 minutes free?
Because to us, it's filtering time — not service time.
Most mismatched projects are obvious within 15 minutes: budget too far off, needs actually solvable with SaaS, you really need marketing not a website. In those cases we'll say so and point you elsewhere.
For the remaining good-fit projects, the call lets us quote more precisely and you decide more quickly. That's better for both sides — so we don't charge for it.
What happens next
Meeting notes
A recap email lands the same day — needs discussed, recommendations, possible paths. Keep it for reference.
Formal proposal
If we're moving forward, you get a detailed proposal: deliverables, timeline, payment stages, key contract terms.
No pressure
No expiry on the proposal. Take 30 days to reply if you need. Questions along the way? Email any time.
